HOLYDAY APARTMENTS IN DOMASO, ITALY

An old fishing village, an ideal resort for a smart holiday, in close contact with nature and with a community still tied to its traditions.

Domaso is the best destination for those who love to be in contact with nature and a locality with an ideal climate.
In fact Domaso has a mild lake climate characterized by “la Breva” a constant south-westerly wind.
This fact makes Domaso the ideal place to visit for those who enjoy water sports and it is now one of the European capitals for wind-surfing.

In addition to surfing schools, water skiing and sailing there are also football and tennis grounds, mini-golf, mountain bikes, a horse-riding school (10km) and a golf course (20km).
Lots of sport therefore, but not only: there are several shows and local feasts and many places of interest which one cannot discover all at once: hidden in a small beach among the rocks, beneath the waterfall of a stream or in the narrow streets of an abandoned hamlet, ready to be discovered and to tell its story.

Another important aspect about the local traditions and culture is gastronomy. There are many specialities to be tried out. Our cooking reflects the variety of its territory; it is an encounter between the tastes of the lake and of the mountains. First of all our fish, prepared in different ways and accompanied by excellent local wines.

Our meat and game dishes are also very appreciated, followed by a selection of cheese from the alps produced through old, traditional processes.
